Fundraising
Lunch
We are having a fundraising lunch Sunday 29th
November at 1pm in the Hodson Bay Hotel. The lunch which is kindly sponsored by
the Hodson Bay Hotel will be €250 for a table of ten or €25 a head and u16’s
are €10 each. This has being a very successful day for us previously and we
hope that this year will be as successful. Entertainment on the day from the
wonderful comedian Frank Forde. If you are interested in booking a table or

Shannon Gaels in their second play-off game.

U21 County Semi

Brigid’s 3- 8, Boyle 4-12
Our
u-21 team were unfortunately defeated by Boyle in Boyle on Sunday last in the county semi-final. Despite
a slow start from Brigid’s we went in at half time by just a point down. A goal
by John Cunningham from a brilliant pass by Jack McDonnell straight after half
time should have pushed us on but we couldn’t get the scores and a late rally
by Boyle saw them score a goal to put them 7 points ahead and too late for us
to come back.

Night and AGM
Our
presentation night for the u8,u10 and u12 girls took place on Sunday evening last in the club, this was
followed by the ladies AGM both were well attended and we would like to thank
all that attended.
