St. Brigid’s Lip Sing Challenge
St. Brigid’s much anticipated Lip Sing Challenge is finally upon us. All of our acts have been pulling out all the stops to prepare to wow you with their performances next weekend.
First up on Friday 31st March we have our amazingly talented Junior Acts, with loads of club players and their friends ready to take to the stage to ‘razzle and dazzle’.
These Junior acts will no doubt be hard acts for our Adults performers to follow on Saturday 1st April.
It’s not just football talent we have in St. Brigid’s!!
Wait until you see the moves from the wide variety of players, coaches, parents and committee members that will be on show next Saturday night for St. Brigid’s Lip Sing Challenge in the Sheraton Athlone Hotel.
Tickets are going fast so be sure to get yours in the clubhouse Mon and Tues 7-9pm or contact Marie 085 7711720, Maria 087 6358886, Sandra 086 8321700 for tickets.

Membership
Thank you to those who registered to date.
Deadline is March 31st for registration for any adult member wishing to have a vote in special general meetings and the annual general meeting.
The u23 Adult Player in Full-time Education and Family Subscription models can only be availed of upto and including March 31st.
No male player (underage or adult) is covered within the Injury Benefit Fund without being registered. No male player may train, or play in any game without being registered.
The same conditions apply to all female players from April 1st ( as per LGFA guidelines).
All players, coaches, committee and sub-committee members must be registered.
Anyone availing of the St Brigids walkway must be at least a social member (this is for insurance purposes).
Anyone playing handball must be registered.
All funds raised through registrations as handball subscriptions is used in the running and upkeep of the handball and community facility in Curraghboy.

The Intermediates got their first victory of the league when they played Strokestown last Tuesday night.

Our Hodson Bay Hotel sponsored senior team had a comprehensive victory over Fuerty in our first game of the senior league on Saturday last in Kiltoom.

To celebrate St. Brigid’s 10th anniversary of the All Ireland Club Final victory and the grand opening of our new facilities we will hold a weekend of celebrations from Friday 7th July to Sunday 9th 2023 in our clubhouse. We have loads of activities scheduled across the weekend for everyone to enjoy.
