Club Notes 7th February

St. Brigid's GAA notes week ending February 7th 2021

Onlining training sessions: Well done to coach Kieran Kilkenny and an enthusiastic group of U-9 players who took part in the very first online training sessions on Friday evening last. The training sessions incorporated drills, video clips and a quiz at the finish. Hopefully, the first of many more sessions until lockdown lifts!

Dermot Earley bursary: Hearty congrats to Sean Trundle who is a recipient of the 2020 Dermot Earley bursary. Roscommon County Council established the annual sports bursary in honour of the late Dermot Earley. The bursary is awarded to two successful candidates each year, one male and one female attending their first year in 3rd level education with an accomplished background in sport. Well done again Sean.
