Club Notes 25th April

St. Brigid’s GAA Club notes week ending, April 25th 2021

Return to training: After a long absence, we are delighted our underage players have returned to the pitches for non-contact training. Great to have you all back with us again! As we return to activity, we are reminding all players and coaches that they must be registered given the strict Covid-19 traceability protocols that will be in place now that training has commenced. Full details of how to register can be accessed on our website: www.stbrigids.gaa.ie

Covid-19 protocols: Out first priority is the safety and welfare of all our players, coaches, members and the wider community. As previously, the key control measures for players remain the completion of the online education module and the completion of the Health Questionnaire before each session. Please follow all guidance from the Club Covid supervisors in relation to accessing the pitch, social distancing and hand sanitiser use.

Membership: The option to register online is now available for all forms of registration. Be it adult player; adult non-playing member; handball member; social membership; voluntary subscription for honorary members and underage players. Full details on our website.

Retirement: We wish club and county legend Gerry Mannion all the very best on his retirement as a long serving vet for the local community

Club gear: Just a reminder about our club shop if anyone is looking for gear. If you want any items in particular from the shop, you can contact Bernie Sammon on (086) 606 4604. We also have an online shop on the O'Neills website which stocks a variety of club gear for all ages and sizes. To access the online store, go to the O’Neills website and then to the ‘shop by team’ category.
