Christmas gift ideas: Stuck for Christmas ideas for your loved ones? Well why not invest in our ‘Buy a Brick’ or a yearly subscription of our Club Lotto? In doing so, it will solve your Christmas gift dilemma and also support our club. And as a thank you from us, we can provide you with a specially branded St. Brigid’s complimentary gift card design which will allow you to write a personalised message stating the gift you have purchased for your loved one. Once you have made the purchase online for either a ‘Buy a Brick’ or an annual Lotto subscription, you can contact any of the following people for assistance, including how to receive your complimentary gift card design: Michael McDonnell 0862483362; Tommy Dolan 086 449 3871; Brian O'Rourke 087 277 9194; Timmy Doyle 086 375 7691; Paul Sweeney 087 967 2845; PJ Martin 086 805 3037; Richard Canny 086 8168900. Regarding the Lotto purchase as a possible gift, remember that once you buy, the Lotto subscription becomes active immediately. So bear in mind when you would like to purchase. Notwithstanding this year of Covid, it is incredible to think that our club caters for more than 400 players across all grades in training, coaching and games every year during high season. That involves a lot of voluntary work from many dedicated people. That huge level of activity at our club also has cost implications every year in terms of our operations and the maintenance of club facilities. The ‘Buy a Brick’ initiative is funding a major development at our club, comprising a new building with a gym and meeting room, along with a series of infrastructural upgrades. We want to sincerely thank everyone who has purchased a brick, which is contributing to the club’s most important development project in more than thirty years. Our 'Buy a Brick' details are available on the club website. In relation to our weekly lotto, its proceeds continue to provide the main source of funding for our club activities. We want to also thank all of our loyal lotto subscribers who are playing a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our club.
