Club Notes 14th March

St. Brigid's GAA Notes week ending, Sunday, March 14th 2021

Registration: Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 Level 5 restrictions, it is not possible to open the St Brigid's Centre for our annual registration evenings. However, the option to register online is now available for all forms of registration be it adult player; adult non-playing member; handball member; social membership; voluntary subscription for honorary members and underage players. It is also possible for a third party to pay the membership of an individual who may not have a credit card or have access to online facilities. That third party does not have to be a member. Full details: http://www.stbrigids.gaa.ie/membership/. The club is reminding everyone that a full member who has paid his or her annual club subscription by March 31st shall be eligible to vote at any General Meeting (Annual or Special) or be nominated for, or seek election to the Executive Committee at the Annual General Meeting of the Club. The club is also requesting that those participating in the various zoom-based strength and conditioning programmes pay their membership by the end of March. A person can also 'Buy a Brick' on the same page as the online membership. Full details on our Development Project: http://www.stbrigids.gaa.ie/buy-a-brick/

Support our Ladies club: We are asking our members to keep using the power of their weekly shop to support our Ladies club. Just a reminder for those who wish to get involved: all you have to do is sign up for the Lidl App and select St Brigid’s Roscommon as your club. Shop 6 times in Lidl by April 6th spending over €30, scanning in your Lidl Plus card on your phone each time and that's it! Full details on the benefits for our Ladies club are available on our social media channels. For those who have already signed up, thank you and remember to keep collecting those stamps!

Lotto subscription: Annual lotto subscription can also be paid online. For those that previously paid their annual lotto through our local lotto promoters, the online purchase option also allows you to keep your existing numbers. As with the membership option, it is possible for a third party to pay the annual lotto subscription charge for an individual. Full details: http://www.stbrigids.gaa.ie/lotto.

AED Fundraiser: The club is very pleased to support the Automatic Electronic Defibrillator (AED) fund-raising fun run/walk being organised by the Kiltoom Community AED group. All proceeds of the 5k run/walk will go towards the purchase and maintenance of Automatic Electronic Defibrillators for the area. The 5k run/walk starts on St Patrick's Day Wednesday, March 17th until Sunday, March 21st. Full details on the Kiltoom AED Facebook Page.
