Lip Sync Battles
St Brigids are running a major fundraiser to help with the running of the club and to finance future development efforts.
The launch of the event in on Friday 24th January in St Brigids GAA centre at 8pm.
We are inviting all ‘great entertainers’, ‘backing vocalists’ and anyone who wish to help in what should be a very enjoyable number of weeks to the launch.
Wide range of fundraising activities planned to include a Tractor Run, Fashion show, Deal or No Deal, Card Game, 5k run/walk, table quiz and a pallet collection that will benefit the environment and the club.

Underage Medal presentation night
We are holding our underage medal presentation night for both our boys and girls in the clubhouse on Friday 17th January at 8pm.
Our special guest on the night is Dublin Ladies Star Lyndsey Davy.
All are welcome to attend.
There will be a facility to pay for membership on the night also.
Handball Open Day
The new handball committee is hosting an open day in the Handball Alley in Curraghboy for all children from 3rd class up, on Sunday 19th January from 11am to 1pm. There will be handball displays as well as chances to try it out and refreshments will be served for both parents and children. Please come along and try it out.
Operation Transformation
New Year new you? It’s not too late to join in!
We have started our operation transformation 2020 with over 170 people taking part in the first week alone. Walks take place on Tuesday and Thursdays at 8pm. For those participanting in the couch to 5k with Mags and Crevan O’Donnell asked to be there a few minutes earlier to start promptly at 8pm.
Optional weigh in takes place Tuesday from 715pm in the club hall.
Everyone welcome including spouses! Please share the more the merrier!
Registration Night
Registration night to coincide with our underage presentation night takes place Friday 17th January from 730-9pm.
St. Brigid’s registration is now due for all players, coaches, and committee members. Registration is €60 for u18's, €80 for adult players and €50 for adult members. It is essential that all players are registered in order to participate in training and in club games. We would encourage all members to finalize membership as soon as possible, as coaches want to ensure that players are eligible to train. We thank you for your continued support to the club. We can now accept credit and debit cards to pay for registration. Also you can register online via our website stbrigids.gaa.ie.
Hodson Bay Hotel Sponsored Annual Lunch
The annual lunch will take place on Sunday 23rd February at 130pm. Medals will be presented to our u20 County Champions at the lunch.
Tickets for the lunch are €20pp and will be available from Feb 1st. Don’t be disappointed – book a table/place now.
