Summer Camps  

Our annual sports camps will be starting on Monday 6th July and will run for three weeks. The second week will be the GAA Cul camp. Camps will start at 930am and finish at 2pm each day. Cost per child is 40 euros, 2 children is 60 euros and 3 is 80 euros. Children must be of school going age. For more details contact Kieran on 0879093149, email or contact John on 0873791691


Feile Champions

The club would like to extend a massive congratulations to our u14 boys team and management on winning the Feile Division 4 competition. The lads put on an exhibition of football over the weekend long event and were rewarded justly for the effort they put in. The team returned to the parish on Sunday night to a Hero's welcome.


Thank you

Following a wonderful weekend in the Feile competition the club would like to thank our host club Eire Og for their generosity and hospitality. We could not have asked for a more warm and welcoming club and we want to thank them for everything they did for us throughout the weekend. 
We also want to thank the management team for their hard work and commitment.
Of course all the parents must get great credit for making the trip possible. Also all the sponsors and supporters cannot go without a mention and thanks to everyone that contributed to this fantastic weekend in any way.



Jackpot this week €8,000.  Numbers drawn 17/18/27/31.  No Jackpot Winner. No match three winner.  Draw takes place on Sunday night 06/07/2015 in St. Brigid’s Sports & Social Centre at 11pm.


Ladies Notes

Last Friday night in Hannons hotel, Roscommon the new O 'Malley cup was presented to the county board, by St. Brigids club for the Senior ladies championship. Chrissy O 'Malley represented the O'Malley family, Seamus Maher, county chairperson, spoke on the night of the very significant role Christine has played with her own club and county.

Prior to the presentation all clubs were invited to Loughnaneane Park in Roscommon for photo shoot, sponsors of the ladies championship were also present.

Congratulations to our boys u14 feile winning team, who won the Division 4 feile cup last weekend in the centre of excellence in Ferns, great weekend was had by all.

Best wishes to our senior ladies this weekend when they take in Strokestown on Saturday in the 1st round of the senior championship. Also best of luck to the u12 community games team in the Connacht finals in Sligo on Saturday.



Congratulations to our Feile champions after winning the Division 3 title by 2-7 1-2 against Ennistymon.


The under 10s had two challenge games last week firstly against Athlone GAA in Athlone on Thursday evening. We had two teams on the evening. Both teams played with a strong breeze in the first half and both built up good leads, in the second half against the elements both teams battled very hard after conceding early scores and finished strongly with some fine scores.
Thanks to Dave O'Connell and his mentors for a fine sporting evening.

Our second game was on Saturday when we welcomed Straffan GAA Co. Kildare to Kiltoom, once again we fielded two teams and both performed well on the morning. Thanks to Dave Keane and his travelling party for two enjoyable games.

Training continues on Wednesday evening with the first round of the Tormey Solicitors (Clan na nGael) Tournament on Thursday evening against St Dominic’s at home at 7pm sharp.


The under 16’s lost to Clan na nGael by 2-12 to 1-11 in the championship last Thursday.
