Draw takes place on Sunday night 05/04/2015 in St Brigid’s Sports & Social Centre at 11pm


The U16 ladies had a busy week with two championship matches, they played St Croans on Wednesday night in Kiltoom, this was tough, physical game in terrible weather conditions, the end result was a draw, St Brigids 3-5 St Croans 2-8

On Sunday they played Four Roads in Kiltoom, the home side proved to be too strong winning 5-12 to Four Roads 0-5.
Hopefully these results will enough to earn them a place in county semi-final which takes place in 2 weeks.


Ladies adult senior league :
Strokestown v St Brigids  at 11.30 am Sunday April 5th

U16 ladies :
Kilbride v St Brigids Sunday 5th at 4pm

Best wishes to our u14 girls and management who play Castlerea in the first round of the county feile competition this Wednesday .

Congratulations to Kara Gallagher one of our u10 players, who danced in the world championship in the INEC in Killarney last weekend ,she came 11th in her jig, and 17th in the championship, big congrats to you Kara we are all very proud of you !!

Congratulations also to two other players, Holly Martin and Katie Shortall who competed in the competition also, dancing for the Edel Conway School of dancing, well done girls.


A huge thanks to everyone who attended our 5K Fun Run on Sunday and making it a great success.

U-18s: Our minor defeated Kilmore/Shannon Gaels by 3-3 to 1-8 in the Divison 1 league on Sunday.

U-14s: Our under 14s play St. Dominic's in the first round of the Division 1 league on Thursday April 2nd at 7pm in Kiltoom.

U-12s: Well done to the U-12s who won their first game in the Easyfix tournament at home to Annaghdown on Sunday last. There were a few players unavailable on the day but each player did very well in their first competitive game of the season. Over the two games, the U-12s won on an aggregate score of 9-16 to 6-8. The following is the squad that played on Sunday: Oisin Canny, Jamie Curley, Shane Daly, Kevin Derwin, Ronan Doyle, James Goose, Harry Griselain, Conor Hand, James Halpin, Daniel Meeley, Thomas O'Brien, James Rourke, Adam Donovan, Liam Hennelly, Brian Nestor, Daniel Keenan, Hughie Cunniffe, Ciaran Cronin, David Dolan, Bobby Nugent, Shane O'Boyle, Simon O'Boyle, Matthew Samuels, Luke Whelan, Paddy Higgins. There will be U-12 Development Camps running this week on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons, 2-4.45 pm. Training also continues this Wednesday evening at 7 pm
